Estimating

We begin with preliminary budgets and job specifications based upon design concepts. Budgets are then closely monitored, through the development phase, to ensure accuracy. As project designs are finalized, the construction team adjusts budget and construction schedules, all the while updating the project’s development partners. Because we understand the importance of communication and its relevance to success, we work closely with local building departments and utility companies during both the development and construction process and we continually inform our development partners of any adjustments in either budget or construction estimates.

Marketing

While developments are under construction, marketing and leasing is already in progress. We recognize and appreciate the many details and variables that impact different markets and geographic regions. Apartment Builders, L.P. and Arbor Construction Company work with the on-site management to assist in the leasing effort while the project is under construction.
