Management  Cindy Ash Cindy Ash (CPM)   President, Embrey Management Services With over 25 years of industry experience, Cindy oversees all property management functions under Embrey Management, including regional manager supervision, market analysis, financial performance, and client relations.  In a coordinated effort with the development team, Cindy also contributes to the property pre-development stage, including unit mix, interior finishes, project amenities, and marketing strategies.   Cindy first met Walter Embrey while working for Lexford Properties as Vice President – Operations, after serving as District Manager of Brentwood Properties, a Trammel Crow Company. Cindy then worked as President at Embrey Management Services, where she established an in-house property management division over a five-year period. Additional career achievements include managing a portfolio of 11,000 units across the South and serving on the San Antonio Apartment Association’s Board of Directors. Cindy is also a member of her local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) organization and volunteers in her community, previously participating in Big Brother Big Sister as a mentor, and other community outreach programs. Overall, Cindy feels her greatest responsibility is to devote her time and resources to her fellow team members, helping them become the future of Embrey’s management organization. Cindy’s diverse management roles give her extensive experience in new construction, affordable housing, challenged properties, and stabilized assets. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Cindy is accredited from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
